The history of deritrade

The deritrade interactive trading platform was developed around five years ago by the Vontobel Financial Engineering unit. Initially designed for internal purposes, deritrade was rapidly rolled out to client advisors in Bank Vontobel’s private banking division. As the platform has been continuously improved and innovated, access was extended also to selected external clients. Since 2008, financial intermediaries, banks and independent asset managers can also simulate and trade customized structured products online.
